Don’t know about you but I love a good self saucing pudding - especially on cold nights! I love having a warm chocolate pudding with some vanilla ice cream, definitely my winter go to dessert! I’ve left a recipe below for you all incase you’d like to make one too 😌⠀

Ingredients: ⠀

Pudding: ⠀
- 80g butter (melted and cooled) ⠀
- 1 egg ⠀
- 1/2 cup milk ⠀
- 1 cup self raising flour (if you don’t have self raising then just add 1tsp baking powder to your flour) ⠀
- 2 Tbsp cocoa⠀
- 1/2 cup brown sugar⠀
⠀
Sauce: ⠀
- 3/4 cup brown sugar⠀
- 2 Tbsp cocoa ⠀
- 1 cup boiling water ⠀
⠀
Method: ⠀
- Combine butter, egg and milk and mix. ⠀
- Sift flour and cocoa into the bowl, and add sugar + mix. ⠀
- Spoon pudding into a lined baking dish. ⠀
- In a small bowl combine sugar and cocoa for the sauce + sprinkle over the top of your pudding. ⠀
- Slowly pour your boiling water over the pudding. ⠀
- Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30-40 minutes. ⠀
